Staff Accountant

Our team of nearly 40 people serve the needs of clients in a variety of ways.

• Did you know that there are over 22,000 nonprofits in Oregon including organizations that promote sustainable practices, provide world class performing arts, or serve those most in need in every corner of the region? McDonald Jacobs is well known for our strong niche in nonprofit organizations. We serve some of the largest organization in the region as well as national and international organizations which helps us have a positive community impact with every assurance engagement we do.
• Do taxes pique your interest? We serve clients in a broad range of industry with special interest in creative and professional services. We also offer services for estates and trusts as well as individuals and private foundations.
• Not sure yet? Many of our staff do rotations in both assurance and tax.

Preferred qualifications

• CPA candidate
• Excellent written and verbal communications
• Well-organized and with the ability to work efficiently and prioritize appropriately
• Working knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
