Jennifer Welch joined McDonald Jacobs as a Staff Accountant in 2019. Jennifer is currently working towards attaining professional licensure. Jennifer has always been interested in the non-profit sector and helping others, which is why she studied psychology. She was particularly interested in industrial organizational psychology, and drawn to accounting because of its practical applications in that area.

  • BA in Psychology from LeMoyne College in New York
  • Post-Baccalaureate certificate in Accounting from Portland State University
