Chelsea Apodaca

Intern

Chelsea joins McDonald Jacobs as a Tax Intern for this 2024 busy season. Prior to entering the public accounting field, she substitute taught within the Hillsboro School district while pursuing her education. Chelsea is currently working towards attaining a professional license after completing her Master of Taxation at Portland State University.

  • Master of Taxation – Portland State University, Portland, Oregon |Est. Completion May 2025

  • Hillsboro Elk Lodge Christmas Volunteer

Since moving from Arizona, Chelsea has enjoyed getting to know Oregon and all the beauty that comes with it. From surfing to rock climbing and all in between, the outdoor experiences are endless. Having the opportunity to explore the Pacific Northwest with her three children has formed some incredible memories and she is excited to keep more coming.
