Bringing years of experience in Human Resources and team management, Stephanie stepped into her role at McDonald Jacobs in 2025 with a hope to make a meaningful impact. Her background in HR has shaped her into an organized, adaptable, and approachable professional who thrives on helping others succeed. Whether she's refining internal processes or supporting employee development, she tries to continually bring warmth, clarity, and a people-first mindset to everything she does.

Personal

Originally from Colorado, Stephanie has fully embraced life in the Pacific Northwest after relocating to Portland to be closer to family. She loves driving to the coast, venturing to a pop-up market, and exploring Portland’s amazing food scene.  The move has been a welcome change and is happy to call Oregon home.
