Amy joined McDonald Jacobs in January 2025 as a Tax Manager, bringing nine years of experience in tax planning and compliance for tax-exempt organizations. She is passionate about working with nonprofits, including private foundations, credit unions, utilities, and arts organizations, helping them navigate complex tax issues while staying focused on their mission. With a strong commitment to client service, Amy values collaboration and strives to make tax compliance straightforward and stress-free.

Originally from the Pacific Northwest, Amy spent a decade in St. Louis before returning to Portland. She enjoys engaging with the local community, exploring Portland’s coffee scene, and discovering new parks for her French Bulldog/Boston Terrier mix, Louis. She also loves experiencing the city’s unique events, from the Portland Winter Light Festival to the Giant Pumpkin Regatta.
